At the December 8, 2021, regular meeting of the Carroll Water & Sewer District the Board passed a motion to increase rates by $0.14 per thousand gallons of water. The minimum service charge has not been affected by this change and will remain the same. This change will be implemented on the water meter reading starting after January 1, 2022.
