The Carroll Water & Sewer District (“District”) is a regional water district chartered under 6119 of the Ohio Revised Code. The District was created in 1991 by the Court of Common Pleas of Ottawa County to provide water and sewer services to the residents of Carroll Township in accordance with the provisions of Revised Code Section 6119 et. seq. The District first supplied water to Carroll Township residents in October of 1998. Our goal is, and always has been, to provide to you a safe and dependable supply of water.
The Carroll Water & Sewer District is operated by four full time employees. These employees hold the following license:
- 2 have Water Treatment III
- 1 has Water Treatment I
- 1 has Wastewater Operator ll
- 1 has a Wastewater Operator I
